UKRinfosystems offers IT outsourcing services for managing your office's local area network. This allows you to significantly reduce costs on IT staff, as there is no need to hire a system administrator, telephony specialist, or in-house user support team. You also eliminate expenses on office space and providing equipment for IT personnel.

Types of outsourced administration

If you need technical support from IT specialists but maintaining your own support team is not cost-effective, we offer two types of outsourced administration:

• On-demand system administrator: our specialists visit you at an agreed time. You pay only for the actual time worked.
• Contract-based system administrator: our specialists work under a service contract with a fixed monthly fee (depending on the number of computers, location of your office(s), and task complexity) and a fixed number of visits or hours per month. Remote work is not counted toward this time.

When ordering the “contract-based system administrator” service, please note that UKRinfosystems works only with licensed software. Therefore, before signing the contract, we will require full replacement of unlicensed software or include this as an additional service in the agreement.

Extended system administrator services

Since our specialists’ expertise goes beyond just system administration, this service also includes support for telecommunication systems (telephony, setup, programming, and maintenance of PBX systems).

Network setup and deployment

For new offices or when relocating, we offer services for setting up and deploying local networks. We can provide simple LAN setups with the required number of access points or complete corporate networks, including:

• Server room construction (if a dedicated space is available);
• Configuration of necessary hardware (switches, routers);
• Creation of a corporate domain system (software installation on user machines and servers, server configuration, domain deployment).

Each of these services can be ordered separately. We also offer corporate telephony and video surveillance setup — programming, installation, and maintenance of PBX systems and video capture equipment.
